Bodie's Alive Training was developed over 15years ago by Miles Cranston to better help Men and Women of all ages to rediscover a passion and energy for life. 

After many years working in large crowded and noisy gyms, Miles began searching for something better to help his clients. This lead to developing a unique system that combines all elements of training with nutrition, wellness, mindfulness, and a holistic approach to help his clients to change all areas of there lives.
